Trusted Financial Guidance for Essential Safety Services
Supporting Critical Infrastructure with Confidence
Stokes Safety is a trusted name in essential services company, employing over 30 accredited professionals who specialise in all aspects of Essential Safety Measures (ESM). Their expertise spans fire services, ESM audits, consulting, building surveying, and fire engineering advice — helping to ensure commercial properties across Australia remain safe and compliant.
As a growing operation in a highly regulated industry, Stokes Safety relies on accurate financial oversight as well as prompt response when needed, which they were not receiving with their previous provider.
Before partnering with Cotchy, Frank Saris recalls significant challenges when it came to financial management.
“We had the wrong advice, no prompt response when needed, and no proper monitoring of our financials and what impact there was to the business, such as pipeline cash flow etc — basically, there was no service.”
A Relationship Built on Trust
Frank had already known Vishal Devle, Partner at Cotchy, for over 15 years through his previous investment agency. That longstanding trust played a key role in the decision to bring Cotchy on board for bookkeeping and accounting.
“We’ve been long-term customers of Vishal — more than 15 years.”
Real-Time Insight and Sustainable Growth
“Cotchy has helped us with business growth, tax benefits, financial scheduling and cash flow. They’ve provided an accurate summary of our P&L and keep a solid balance sheet. Our bookkeeping group is now getting the right advice.”
Responsive Support That Makes a Difference
“Exactly that — service. Prompt responses when needed, and accurate monitoring of our financials.”
Would You Recommend Cotchy?
“I have and will continue to do so. I believe in Cotchy, and to be honest, you won’t find a more honest and professional team. No negative feedback at all on the business or team (the only negative is the company name ‘Cotchy’ — from the Richmond Football Club, lol!)”
