After you’ve submitted your contact details to Cotchy you can expect:

Step 1: Initial Contact 
Our friendly team reaches out to see if we’re the right fit for your business and to book a time for you to meet with our Account Specialist to discuss your needs in more detail.

Step 2: Zoom Discovery Meeting
Our Account Specialist will meet with you via video call to understand your business, your pain points, and where you need support.

Step 3: Tailored Quote and Onboarding Email
Based on your needs, we prepare a fixed-fee quote outlining our services and recommendations. In this email we will request some information from you to enable us to send through the proposal for e-signing.

Step 4: Proposal Sent For E-signing
Once we receive the requested information from you, you will then receive our CPA approved proposal to review and e-sign.

Step 5: Technical Onboarding Meeting
Once signed the proposal, we’ll onboard you via Zoom to check all software connections are streamlined and ensure we have access to the items needed to commence your work — no mess, no stress.

Once Onboard:

• You’ll meet your contact: We will introduce you to your dedicated Cotchy bookkeeper – no overseas team members, all right here in Australia.

• We’ll take care of your monthly work: If you have any questions that come up along the way, we’re always just an email or phone call away — no long waits, no run-around.

• Monthly clarity: Each month, you’ll receive a snapshot of what we’ve worked on and any open queries. With Cotchy by your side, you’ll always know where things stand — and what’s next for your business.
